The arbitrator’s award in petitioner’s favor in the net amount of $1,309,930.38, inclusive of interest, is affirmed.  Fees and costs of $150,083.04 were also awarded by the arbitrator, and they are affirmed as well.  The court notes that there was no opposition to the motion, but the court has reviewed the award and finds it to warrant affirmance.
