The demurrer to the cross-complaint is SUSTAINED WITH 30 DAYS’ LEAVE TO AMEND.  There are no facts alleged in the cross complaint at all.  The cross complaint is on a form, which is fine, but the form requires an attachment that sets forth the factual basis for the causes of action.  It appears that cross-complainant failed to attach those forms.  To be clear, the court is not suggesting that if the forms had been attached the demurrer would (or would not) have been successful; only that the factual bases for the cross complaint must be alleged.
