This is an unlawful detainer case.  The FSC order was given on December 23, 2024, and the parties were warned that the court expected compliance with it.  The matter was set on this very short schedule at plaintiff’s request.  The court has not received any FSC materials.  The court is hopeful that the reason is because the case has settled, or at least that possession is no longer at issue.  If so, that is an excellent reason not to file FSC materials (although a notice might have been helpful).  If the case is fully resolved, the court will set an OSC re: Dismissal (Settlement).  If only possession has settled, the court will set a TSC.  If there has been no resolution, the court will inquire as to why both parties ignored the court’s order and what to do about it.
