The court is inclined to await the decision in the Ford Motor cases.  That matter is pending before the California Supreme Court, which heard argument earlier this month.  The court will therefore CONTINUE the motion and allow further simultaneous supplemental briefs to address that case.  It ought to come down by early July, so the court is inclined to set the hearing for August and will discuss dates with counsel.
