The matter is here for a final status conference.  The court previously held a status conference on November 28, 2022.  At that time, the court deemed the matter READY FOR TRIAL.  However, the matter was continued to April 24, 2023.  The court is unsure what its trial situation will be like on April 24, 2023.  The court requests that the parties wait for the remaining final status conference matters to be heard.  The court is currently in the midst of a jury trial, but the court expects it to be over before next week.

If the case is ready for trial, the court will rule on the in limine motions today.
