This is here for an FSC.  The case had gone to trial earlier and the court had deemed it ready for trial.  However, a mistrial occurred and the matter was continued.  There are no new papers, so the court presumes that either the case has settled or the same papers are being relied upon for the current trial.  If this is the former, then the court will vacate the trial date and set an OSC re: dismissal (Settlement).  If the latter, the case is still READY FOR TRIAL.  The court will discuss its current trial schedule and whether this case should be re-set or trail to the next day the court is available.
