The motion to serve the Secretary of State is GRANTED.  The court further directs plaintiff to provide a copy of the summons and complaint (and other pertinent materials) to every known address for defendant by certified mail or the equivalent.  The goal here is to try and get notice to the defense somehow.  That way, if the defense chooses to contest the matter, it can do so.  If the defense chooses to allow a default to be entered, then it will be harder for defendant to come to court later and try and have the judgment vacated.  The court will sign the order (as modified).
