Plaintiff Violette Mathis’ unopposed Motion to deem facts admitted in response to her Requests for Admission propounded on Defendant Luke Chadwick is granted.

Plaintiff propounded Requests for Admission on Defendant on 3/18/22. Plaintiff’s responses were due by 4/21/22. He failed to serve responses. (Kani Decl., ¶¶ 2-3.)

As a result, the Court hereby orders the Requests for Admission deemed admitted. (See Code Civ. Proc., § 2033.280.)

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice of the ruling.
