Motion to Exclude Expert Witnesses

Plaintiff’s Motion to Exclude Defendant Toyota Motor Sales’ Expert Witnesses from testifying at trial was filed almost three months ago, on May 13, 2022.  ROA #470.

It now appears from the Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion that the parties have agreed in principle upon a settlement of this action.  Accordingly, it appears the motion is or may be moot.

Parties are ordered to appear at the hearing (by Zoom or in person, as the parties may choose) to advise the Court on the status of settlement – and the status of this Motion.
