Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record

The Court grants the Motion by Law Offices of Bin Li & Associates PLC (“Li”) to be relieved as counsel for Defendant Yong Han. All requirements are met and the Court finds no prejudice to Defendant.

Li is ordered to completely fill out a new Proposed Order, including an updated trial date, and submit it to the Court for signature.

After the order is signed, a copy of the signed order must be served on the Defendant Han and on Plaintiff’s counsel. The order relieving counsel will not be effective until the filing of a proof of service showing the signed order was served on the client and all parties to the action.

Moving Party is ordered to give notice of this ruling.
