Motion to Compel Physical/Mental Examination

The Court has read and considered the Notice of (Unconditional) Settlement of Entire Case filed by Plaintiff Ricardo Orihuela on 8/17/22, as well as the Notice of (Conditional) Settlement of Entire Case filed by Plaintiff CA Contractors Network on 8/18/22.  ROA ## 302 and 304.

Based upon the foregoing, the Court VACATES the hearing on Defendant/Cross-Defendant Cobalt Construction Company, Inc.’s motion to compel Plaintiff Ricardo Orihuela’s mental examination set for this day.

The jury trial set for 9/19/22 is also hereby VACATED.

The Court sets an OSC re: dismissal for October 10, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.
