The hearing on the motions by Plaintiffs Carole Stanley and Michael Stanley (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) to compel Defendants William Morris and Melissa Morris (collectively, “Defendants”) to provide responses to form interrogatories, special interrogatories and requests for production of documents, and to deem matters admitted, is continued to 01/30/23 at 1:30 PM in Dept. C31.

Plaintiffs shall file and serve a supplemental declaration attaching: (1) proof(s) of service for the underlying discovery on both defendants; and (2) proof that the motions were properly served on Defendant Melissa Morris at the address provided in her answer (ROA 25). The proof of service filed on 8/16/22 (ROA 40), does not reflect that this address was used for both defendants.

The supplemental declaration must be filed and properly served (with proof thereof provided to the Court) no later than 01/13/23.
