The Motions by Ros M. Lockwood, Esq. of Burkhalter Kessler Clement & George LLP (“Counsel”) to be relieved as counsel for Defendants/Cross-Complainants O.Rhyan Capital Management LLC and Sunil K. Mehta are GRANTED.  

After the Court has signed the Order, Counsel shall serve the signed Order on his/its clients and all other parties in this case.  Counsel will not be relieved as counsel of record until they have filed with the Court proper proof of such service.

As a corporate entity, O.Rhyan Capital Management LLC cannot represent itself; it must be represented by counsel.  Therefore, it is important that O.Rhyan Capital Management LLC seek legal representation immediately. Failure to retain an attorney may lead to striking the pleadings, among other things.

The Court sets a Status Conference re counsel for O.Rhyan Capital Management LLC for August 28, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in Department C31.

Moving Counsel is ordered to give notice.
