Motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice – GRANTED

Before the Court is the unopposed Application by Jeffrey C. Corey (“Corey”) for pro hac vice admission to represent Defendants New U Life Corporation, Alexy Goldstein, Katherine Garfield, Joe Juliano, and Christopher Cavedon in this action. 

The Application was continued from August 21, 2023, for Corey to submit proof of the required payment to the California State Bar.  Corey has filed such proof.  See ROA #256.

The Application meets the requirements for pro hac vice admission, and it therefore is GRANTED.
