The court will hear from the parties regarding Plaintiff's counsel's motion to be relieved as counsel and Defendants' motion for terminating sanctions.
The court recognizes Plaintiff's counsel must maintain the confidentiality of privileged communications with his client. Nonetheless, the court expects to hear further information about the nature of the breakdown in the relationship, which the court believes may be related to the grounds upon which Defendants move for terminating sanctions.
The court also notes that if Plaintiff's counsel cannot provide, while still representing Plaintiff, an adequate justification for Plaintiff's apparent refusal or failure to pay the sanctions ordered by this court in connection with setting aside the judgment last year (ROA #242), the court will be inclined to granted Defendants' motion for terminating sanctions.
