The court declines to rule on Plaintiff's motion prior to the class member opt out deadline of December 22, 2023. As such, the motion is continued until after the deadline has passed.

Plaintiff is instructed to submit a supplemental declaration confirming the final tally of opt outs and objectors once the deadline has passed. The court requests this supplemental declaration be submitted no later than January 5, 2024.
