Defendant Thomas Gonda's unopposed motion for an order to seal records is GRANTED.

Defendant requests the court to seal records related to pending litigation concerning his medical license (San Diego Superior Court Case No. 37-2022-00014441-CU-PT-CTL). These records include: 1) the trial transcript; 2) Plaintiff Camille Berry's Opposition to Defendant's Motion in Limine No. 1 (ROA #152); and 3) Plaintiff's Opposition to Defendant's Motion in Limine No. 2 (ROA #153). Defendant is rightfully concerned that the offers of proof made in Plaintiff's oppositions and the testimony adduced at trial related to same could be used against him in some manner in the pending medical license litigation. The court agrees these documents should be sealed, and Plaintiff does not oppose the motion. Accordingly, Defendant's motion is granted.

The following documents are ordered sealed: - The trial transcript for the April 25, 2023 bench trial; - Plaintiff's Opposition to Defendant's Motion in Limine No. 1 (ROA #152); and - Plaintiff's Opposition to Defendant's Motion in Limine No. 2 (ROA #153).

Neither this order nor any other documents in the register of actions are ordered sealed. (CRC 2.551, subd. (e)(2).) Other than the court, only the parties and their counsel of record are permitted to inspect the sealed records. (CRC 2.551, subd. (e)(3).) The parties are reminded they are prohibited from 'disclosing the contents of any materials that have been sealed in anything that is subsequently publicly filed.' (CRC 2.551, subd. (e)(4).) The minute order is the order of the court.
