The hearing on Defendants' three arbitration-related motions, and Plaintiff's motion to vacate arbitration award, is CONTINUED to April 19, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in this department.

The court does not have copies of Plaintiff Bols, LLC's moving papers, nor of Plaintiff's oppositions to Defendants' motions. It may be the documents have not yet been processed by the court's business office; or Plaintiff may not have filed the documents, and only served them on Defendants. Regardless, the court will not make a ruling on the motions until Plaintiff has had an opportunity to provide the court with courtesy copies.

Plaintiff is instructed to email copies of its moving papers and oppositions to this department's court clerk, at blanca.delgado@sdcourt.ca.gov, no later than April 16, 2024, and preferably sooner.

Notwithstanding the continuance and request for courtesy copies of Plaintiff's briefing, the court notes that based on its review of Defendant's moving papers, replies, and opposition to Plaintiff's motion to vacate, it appears very unlikely the court will vacate the arbitration award.
