Defendant Rachel Ferreira's unopposed application for good faith settlement determination is GRANTED.

The court previously continued Defendant's Ferreira's motion to give her an opportunity to properly notice all other parties under Code of Civil Procedure section 877.6. (ROA #35.) Defendant Ferreira complied by serving a revised notice, application, and proposed order with the continued hearing date by certified mail on July 21, 2023, which triggered and satisfied the required 25-day objection period. (Code Civ. Proc., § 877.6, subd. (a)(2).) To date, no objections by any party have been filed. The court has reviewed the application and agrees the policy limits settlement is in good faith. Accordingly, the application is granted.

The court will sign Defendant Ferreira's proposed order.
