Plaintiff Blue Water Cosaint, LLC's motion to confirm proposed consent judgment is GRANTED.

Upon review of the submitted papers and the proposed consent judgment, the court finds that the warning required by the settlement complies with Chapter 6.6 of Prop 65, that the award of $10,000 in attorney's fees and costs to Plaintiff's counsel is reasonable under California law, and that the penalty amount set forth in the settlement is reasonable. (Health & Saf. Code, § 25249.7, subd. (f)(4).) Plaintiff has also complied with the requirement to serve the Attorney General. (Health & Saf. Code, § 25249.7, subd. (f)(5).) Accordingly, the motion is granted.

The court will sign the proposed consent judgment once the tentative ruling is confirmed.
