The court is not inclined to rule on the application for a writ of possession until it has full briefing on the issue.

The court also notes that even if it ultimately denies the application for a writ of possession, based on its review of the existing briefing, this case seems well suited to a preliminary injunction (prohibiting sale of the disputed vehicles) to maintain the status quo pending a final resolution on the merits.
