The Court considers the moving papers. No opposition has been received.

Plaintiff moves for an order granting approval of the proposed settlement of claims brought pursuant to the Private Attorneys general Act of 2004 (“PAGA”), Cal. Lab Code § 2698, et seq.  Pursuant to the proposed settlement, Defendants have agreed to pay $125,000.00 total, all of which is allocated for the representative PAGA claims after cost deductions. The settlement will be distributed as follows: (1) $41,666.67 in attorney’s fees and $10,942.84 in costs; (2) $44,542.87 to be paid to LWDA and $14,847.62 to be paid to the aggrieved employees; (3) $10,000.00 to the named Plaintiff; and (4) $3,000.00 settlement administration fee.

Based on the moving papers, the Court finds that the settlement is reasonable and meets the requirements of PAGA. Defendants have not opposed. The motion is GRANTED.
