The Court considers the moving papers. No opposition has been received.

“If parties to pending litigation stipulate, in a writing signed by the parties outside the presence of the court or orally before the court, for settlement of the case, or part thereof, the court, upon motion, may enter judgment pursuant to the terms of the settlement.”  (CCP § 664.6.)

Plaintiffs move to enforce the settlement executed by Plaintiffs and Defendant Alexander Macedo on December 6, 2022, and to enter judgment according to its terms. The settlement provides that Defendant will pay plaintiffs $20,000.00 within 30 days of its execution. The Court retained jurisdiction to enforce the settlement, which also allows for an award of attorney’s fees in the event of enforcement proceedings. Plaintiffs represent that Defendant has not complied with agreement. The motion is GRANTED.
