Cross-Defendant demurs to the second amended cross-complaint. On July 26, Cross-Complainant filed an opposition to the demurrer. The proof of service of the opposition states that the opposition was served by “efiling.” This is not proper service. The Court continues the motion to allow for proper service of the opposition by Cross-Complainant on Cross-Defendant and to allow Cross-Defendant to file a reply.
