            The Court considers the moving papers, opposition, and reply.

            Defendant moves to compel further responses to form interrogatories, set one, and requests for production of documents, set one. In opposition, Plaintiff represents that supplemental responses were served on October 25 & 26, 2022. (These motions were filed on October 27, 2022.) Plaintiff asserts the motions should be denied because they are moot and because Defendant failed to meet and confer regarding the supplemental responses. The Court agrees. The motions are DENIED. The Court declines to award sanctions to Plaintiff for its delay in providing supplemental responses.
