BACKGROUND

 

On September 20, 2021, Plaintiffs filed a Complaint asserting ten causes of action against Defendants.

 

On August 26, 2022, the Court’s Clerk entered default against Defendants.

 

On November 9, 2022, the Parties filed a stipulation asking the Court to set aside the default.

 

ANALYSIS

 

Pursuant to CCP section 128, the court shall have the power to: [t]o provide for the orderly conduct of proceedings before it, or its officers . . . [and] amend and control its process and orders so as to make them conform to law and justice.” 

 

            In light of the stipulation filed by the Parties on November 9, 2022, the Court sets aside the default entered against Defendants on August 26, 2022.

 

            Defendants are ordered to answer the Complaint within 15 days.
