           Plaintiff moves to compel further responses to requests for production of documents from Defendant The Impact Seat LLC. As pointed out in opposition and conceded in reply, the issues in the motion have not been addressed in an informal discovery conference. Absent a showing of good cause, this Court requires parties to participate in an informal discovery conference before the Court will hear a discovery motion. No good cause has been shown here.

           The parties are ordered to further meet and confer in good faith on the remaining disputed issues.

The motion is OFF CALENDAR.
