The Court considers the moving papers. No opposition has been received.

 When timely responses to interrogatories are not received, “[t]he party propounding the interrogatories may move for an order compelling response to the interrogatories.”  (CCP § 2030.290(b).)

Defendant moves to compel verifications to Plaintiff’s responses to SIs, sets one and two. Plaintiff served unverified responses to the subject discovery on February 13, 2023, April 19, 2023, and May 15, 2023. Defendant requested that Plaintiff serve verifications, but Plaintiff has failed to do so. Plaintiff has not opposed this motion to show verifications have been served. Defendant’s motion is GRANTED.

Defendant requests sanctions but does not state the amount of sanctions requested in the notice of motion or points and authorities. The Court cannot grant this request.
