Plaintiffs move to disqualify Defendants’
counsel, Harry Floyd, under the advocate-witness rule. Defendants filed an
untimely opposition to this motion on March 20, 2023. Given the gravity of a motion
to disqualify counsel, the Court, in its discretion, will consider Defendants’
opposition. The Court CONTINUES the motion to allow Plaintiffs to file a reply.
