Plaintiff moves for an order granting approval of the proposed settlement of claims brought pursuant to the Private Attorneys general Act of 2004 (“PAGA”), Cal. Lab Code § 2698, et seq.  Pursuant to the proposed settlement, Defendants have agreed to pay $100,000.00 total, $75,000.00 of which is allocated for the representative PAGA claims. The PAGA settlement will be distributed as follows: (1) $16,000.00 in attorney’s fees and $2,825.00 in costs; (2) $56,250.00 to be paid to LWDA and $18,750.00 to be paid to the aggrieved employees and (4) $5,085.50 settlement administration fee.
