            “Trial courts generally have the inherent power to stay proceedings in the interests of justice and to promote judicial efficiency.”  (Freiberg v. City of Mission Viejo¿(1995) 33 Cal.App.4th 1484, 1489.) 

            Plaintiff moves to stay this action pending mandatory attorney fee dispute arbitration against Defendants under Bus. & Prof. Code § 6200(e). Defendants have not yet been served in this action. Plaintiff asserts Defendants will not be prejudiced by the stay. The Court agrees and finds that a stay is appropriate.

            Plaintiff’s motion is GRANTED.
