The Court considers the moving papers, opposition, and reply.

 CCP § 2024.020(a) provides, “Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any party shall be entitled as a matter of right to complete discovery proceedings on or before the 30th day, and to have motions concerning discovery heard on or before the 15th day, before the date initially set for the trial of the action.”

Defendants move to compel the mental examination of Plaintiff Yun Sam Chung. Plaintiff has put his mental condition in controversy in this lawsuit by alleging causes of action for intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress. The mental examination will be conducted by Dr. David A. Sack, M.D. on his next available date of April 26, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at 16152 Beach Blvd. #179, Huntington Beach, CA 92647.
