BACKGROUND

This is a lemon law action arising out of Plaintiff’s purchase of a 2021 Honda HR-V manufactured and distributed by Defendant Honda.

ANALYSIS

Defendant Honda moves to compel the deposition of Plaintiff and to compel an inspection of the vehicle subject to this action. In opposition, Plaintiff represents that the motions are moot because Plaintiff has offered alternative dates for deposition and inspection and will work with Defendant to set the deposition and inspection on mutually agreeable dates. Defendant has not replied to the motions to state otherwise. The motions are DENIED as moot.
