DISCUSSION

This is an employment action. Plaintiff Philopatir Rizkalla sued defendants Craftscape Creations, LLC and Allen Abraham on October, 24, 2023. The defendants jointly answered on January 16, 2024, represented by their current counsel, the Tahmazian Law Firm, P.C.

Defendant’s counsel moves to be relieved as counsel for Craftscape only. Counsel declares that the client has stopped paying fees, which is a hardship on the firm. Counsel has complied with CRC 3.1362. The Court finds there will be no prejudice to any party.

Counsel’s unopposed motion is granted.
