            CCP § 473(b) provides, “[t]he court may, upon any terms as may be just, relieve a party or his or her legal representative from a judgment, dismissal, order, or other proceeding taken against him or her through his or her mistake, inadvertence, surprise, or excusable neglect.”

            Ohanesian moves to set aside the dismissal entered on September 13, 2021. Ohanesian provides an extensive explanation of events relating to a marriage dissolution and stock options. The recitation is confusing, does not clearly state why or on what grounds dismissal should be vacated, and does not provide grounds for relief under CCP § 473(b).

The motion is DENIED.
