            The motion is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

 

Recommendation:     Deny without prejudice a judgment for $ 24,625.14 against Defendants Gil Eytan, Lior Emuna, and CLG New Properties, LLC. The judgment includes a demand amount of $18,225.00, $3,565.14 in interest, $1,335.00 in costs (clerk’s filing fees and process server fees), and $1,500.00 in attorney’s fees.

Reason: Plaintiff failed to attach Exhibit C- Demand Letter showing 2% monthly interest mentioned in his Affidavit. (Affidavit ¶ 7.)

Other Notes:  Default for all three Defendants entered on 04/05/24. Plaintiff has substantially complied with the other requirements.
