Attorney G. Seth Mitchell’s Motions to be Relieved as Counsel

Attorney G. Seth Mitchell moves to be relieved as counsel for plaintiffs Lisa Arnold and Estate of Richard Arnold.  California Rule of Court 3.1362 governs motions to be relieved as counsel.  The court has reviewed the materials submitted by the moving party, Attorney G. Seth Mitchell, and finds that counsel has complied with the requirements of Rule 3.1362.  The motions to be relieved as counsel are granted.  The court’s orders shall become effective upon the filing of proofs of service showing service of the orders on plaintiffs Lisa Arnold and Estate of Richard Arnold.

The moving party, Attorney G. Seth Mitchell, shall give notice of the court’s order.
