Plaintiff Sima Ghafari’s Motion to Compel Responses to Post-judgment Requests for Production of Documents

Plaintiff Sima Ghafari moves to compel defendant Mark Greget to provide responses to Ghafari’s post-judgment Requests for Production of Documents (Set One).  See also 5/12/22 Stipulation & Order.  Greget has not served responses to the requests.  For the following reasons, Ghafari’s unopposed motion is granted.

Due to Greget’s failure to serve timely responses to the requests, Greget has “waive[d] any objection to the demand, including one based on privilege or on the protection for work product . . . .”  Cal. Civ. Proc. Code § 2031.300(a); see also id. § 708.030(a).  Defendant Mark Greget shall produce documents and provide responses, without objections, to Ghafari’s post-judgment Requests for Production (Set One) by August 29, 2022.

Ghafari’s request for sanctions is granted.  Defendant Mark Greget shall pay sanctions in the amount of $453.00 to Ghafari by August 29, 2022.  See, e.g., Cal. Civ. Proc. Code § 2023.010(d); id. § 2031.290(c); id. § 2031.300(c).

Plaintiff Sima Ghafari’s Motion to Compel Responses to Post-judgment Special Interrogatories

Plaintiff Sima Ghafari moves to compel defendant Mark Greget to provide responses to Ghafari’s post-judgment Special Interrogatories (Set One).  See also 5/12/22 Stipulation & Order.  Greget has not served responses to the interrogatories.  For the following reasons, Ghafari’s unopposed motion is granted.
