Attorneys Obrand Law Group, APC and Jesse D. Obrand move to be relieved as counsel for defendant McMonigle Group Corp.  The motion is denied.  The motion does not comply with California Rule of Court 3.1362, which governs motions to be relieved as counsel. 

Rule 3.1362(e) requires a motion to be relieved as counsel to be accompanied by a proposed order prepared on the Order Granting Attorney's Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel-Civil form (form MC-053).  The proposed order must be lodged with the court with the moving papers.  Counsel has not lodged a proposed order prepared on form MC-053.  In addition, the proposed order counsel submitted only contains a caption page.

This denial is without prejudice to counsel refiling a motion that complies with Rule 3.1362 in all respects.
