Attorney Ronda R. Dixon’s Motions to be Relieved as Counsel

Attorney Ronda R. Dixon moves to be relieved as counsel for plaintiffs Baldev K. Singh and Baljit Singh.  The motions are denied.  The motions do not comply with California Rule of Court 3.1362, which governs motions to be relieved as counsel. 

The declarations filed and served in support of the motions do not set forth all future court dates.  See Declarations, Item No. 5.  In addition, counsel lodged incomplete proposed orders.  Cal. R. Ct. 3.1362(e).  This denial is without prejudice to counsel refiling motions that comply with Rule 3.1362 in all respects.
