Attorney R. Scott Oswald moves to appear pro hac vice for plaintiff Brittany Vu. For the following reasons, the unopposed motion is granted.

It states the applicant’s courts and dates of admission and attests to his good standing. The application states there have been four applications in California state courts in the last two years. Attorney Oswald attests that the motion has been served on the State Bar of California at its San Francisco address and that the application fee has been paid. Cal. R. Ct. 9.40(c)-(e).
