RULING: The hearing is continued to 1/13/23.
The hearing on this matter has been continued multiple
times pursuant to the Joint Stipulation of the parties with the last continuance
being to 9/21/22.
On 9/16/22, the parties filed another Joint Stipulation
to continue the demurrer and case management conference to 1/13/23, a date the
stipulation states was agreed to by the Court clerk. The Joint Stipulation further indicates that
the matter has settled and the parties are in the process of finalizing the
terms of the Joint Settlement and Settlement Agreement. The Joint Stipulation further provides that
if additional time is needed and jointly agreed to by the parties, one of the parties
will contact the Court in advance of the 1/13/23 date.
If additional time is needed and jointly agreed to by the
parties, one of the parties is ordered to contact the Court and/or file another
Joint Stipulation on or before 1/9/23.
