On 6/15/22, Plaintiff filed and served the instant motion
seeking an order that the genuineness of documents and the truth of matters
asserted in Plaintiff’s Requests for Admissions, Set 1, to Defendant be deemed
admitted. No opposition/response to the
motion has been filed.
Due to Defendant’s failure to serve responses to the
subject requests for admissions, Plaintiff is entitled to an order deeming the
genuineness of documents and the truth of matters asserted in Plaintiff’s Requests
