This petition was filed and served on 8/11/22 for the 8/16/22 hearing date.  Such filing and service is not timely under CCP 1005(b).  The filing and service deadlines set forth  in CCP 1005 are not only for the benefit of the parties; the deadlines are necessary for the Court to prepare its calendar.  Parties cannot simply stipulate that a motion or petition will not be opposed and expect the Court to consider late filings.  See CRC 3.1300(d).
