On 9/5/23, Defendant Catamount Properties 2018, LLC filed a demurrer to the 2^nd cause of action for Violation of 2923.6, 3^rd cause of action for Violation of 2923.7, 4^th cause of action for Violation of 2924.17 and 5^th cause of action for Violation of Business and Professions Code 17200 in Plaintiff Edward Babalians’ complaint. 

On 12/20/23, 9 court days before the 1/4/24 hearing date on the demurrer, Plaintiff Edward Babalians filed a First Amended Complaint.  Therefore, the demurrer is placed off calendar as moot.  See CCP 472(a); CCP 1005(b).
