The Court DENIES Defendant’s requests for monetary sanctions as to its Motion to Compel Discovery Responses to Form and Special Interrogatories (Sets No. 1) and Motion to Compel Discovery Responses to Requests for Production of Documents (Set No. 1), but GRANTS the request for monetary sanctions in the amount of $615.00 as to its Motion for Order Deeming Admitted Truth of Facts pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.280.
