CASE TITLE: CASE TYPE:
Civil - Unlimited  Breach of Contract/Warranty Motion Hearing (Civil) 37-2021-00026370-CU-BC-NC WEINSTEIN VS PASS [IMAGED] CAUSAL DOCUMENT/DATE FILED: Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record, 04/16/2024
The Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel brought by attorney Jason Saccuzzo (Attorney Saccuzzo) is GRANTED. The matter has been properly noticed, with proof of service on file. The motion is unopposed.
According to the declaration by Attorney Saccuzzo, he has conducted a 'skip trace' and discovered that the client is living at an address owned by the client's father. Attorney Saccuzzo has also discovered that the client is serving as the agent for service of process for a new corporate entity called 'The Gem Mint Club Corp.' and is using the address of the property owned by his father for that service. Accordingly, the Court now designates that address as the address of record for plaintiff David Weinstein, as follows: David Weinstein 974 Bremen Way Alpine, CA 91901 A proposed order has been submitted and will be executed with the following modifications: --Box 2 will be filled-in --Box 5a will be checked (making it necessary for Attorney Saccuzzo to serve a copy of the order on the client and file a proof of service with the Court reflecting that service before the representation is officially terminated) --the 'last known' address will be updated to the Alpine address above --additional orders will be included that a copy of the order must be served on the client at his former address and at his known email address as well before the representation is officially terminated Unless the ruling(s) above indicate that an appearance is necessary, parties who wish to submit, who are satisfied with the above tentative ruling(s), and/or who do not otherwise wish to argue the motion(s) are encouraged to give notice to the Court and each other of their intention not to appear.
