Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure §§ 2030.290 and 2031.300, plaintiff Luz Maldonado (Plaintiff) is ORDERED to serve verified responses, without objection, to Defendants' respective Form Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents. Plaintiff is ORDERED to serve said responses on attorney Robert Tiangco of the Law Office of Robert W. Tiangco at 3111 Camino Del Rio North, Suite 400, San Diego, California 92108 within 15 days of service of this order on Plaintiff.
Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure §§ 2030.290 and 2031.300, Plaintiff is further ORDERED to pay monetary sanctions to Defendants in the combined total amount of $1,890.00. Said monetary sanctions are to be sent to attorney Robert Tiangco of the Law Office of Robert W. Tiangco at 3111 Camino Del Rio North, Suite 400, San Diego, California 92108 within 15 days of service of this order on Plaintiff.
