The Petition for Approval of Transfer of Structured Settlement Payment Rights brought by petitioner Intelifund LLC (Petitioner) is GRANTED.

Having reviewed the evidence submitted in support of the Petition, this Court FINDS that: --the transfer is in the best interest of payee Dean Gallegos (Payee), --the Payee has been advised in writing to seek independent professional advice, --the Payee has been provided with a disclosure form consistent with Insurance Code § 10136, --the transfer agreement complies with Insurance Code § 10138, and --the transfer does not contravene any applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.

Petitioner shall submit a proposed order prior to the hearing on this matter, which the Court will review and execute.
