The Court has reviewed the petition by Petitioner Katherine Gomez on behalf of Claimant Nicholas Genera, and continues

permit Petitioner time to address the following issues:

Section
12b.(5)(a)(ii) and(b)(i): Petitioner
advances evidence of the $1,850 lien from Dr. Neil Ghodadra totaling
$1,850. However, Petitioner had failed
to substantiate the purported negotiatied reduction of said lien to $900.
Petitioner shall file an amended petition and further file amended forms
MC-351 and MC-355 if appropriate on or before May 30, 2023. Petitioner shall provide notice of the
Court’s orders and file a proof of service regarding the same.
